I need to hear more about the “Prime Law”

I need to hear more about the “Prime Law”. I need to hear how it will solve the issue of corruption at all levels of society. When corruption abounds at the business level,(corrupt business dealings), this leads to oppression of the poor, the little guy, and leads to poverty, stagnation of the money flow, and therefore stagnation of the economy. This stagnation of the money flow moves on up to the top levels, and effects those that caused the recession to begin will. It’s one vicious cycle.
