“We have it in our power to begin the world over again.” Thomas Paine penned those profound words in his 1776 best selling pamphlet” Common Sense.” They were the words needed to push over the fence sitters who couldn’t decide whether British Rule (Rule of Man) was better then the Creator or Nature’s God (Rule of Law). But because man is flawed as Mark points out the door was left open for Rule of Man to take over.
