Children are easily Mislead, especially as Toddlers. Because of their Innocence, when they see and hear someone hurt an others Feelings and then Laughs about it, even the Toddler thinks it’s OK because of the Laughter. The Prime Law is needed and taught to Children as early as Toddlers. The Prime Law is needed in Educational Structures where Kids Learn most of the Ill-Behaviors. The Prime Law is needed as a part of the Constitution in Government and Filters down to Parents Homes.
